My customer has Subscription dates they do not want to use, how can I open these slots to take other bookings?

If a customer has subscription dates they no longer wish to use, you can make those slots available for others by using the Exclusion feature.

Adding an exclusion will:

• Temporarily stop subscription payments for the selected dates.

• Open up the slot for public or manual bookings.

To do this, go to the relevant subscription, click Add Exclusion, select the date(s) to be excluded, and click Save. The chosen slots will then be available for booking, and the subscription customer will not be charged.
