Managing Dashboard Admins

Edited

The Dashboard Admins section (found under Company Settings > Dashboard Admins) allows you to manage which users have access to the Manager Dashboard for your organisation.

Adding a New Dashboard Admin

To grant access to a new team member:

  1. Go to Company Settings > Dashboard Admins.

  2. Click the Add New Admin button.

  3. Complete the fields in the Add New Dashboard Admin form:

    • First Name and Last Name

    • Email Address (an invitation will be sent automatically)

    • Select a Job Role (e.g. Finance, Support, Manager)

    • Choose a Dashboard Access Role (e.g. Pitchbooking Super Admin, Events Only)

    • Select the relevant Site(s)

    • Tick the appropriate options:

      • Receives Booking Confirmation Emails

      • Contact Details Are Publicly Displayed?

  4. Click Invite to send the invitation.

Once invited, the new admin will receive an email with sign-in instructions. After completing sign-in, they will have access to the Manager Dashboard based on the role assigned.

Dashboard Access Roles Explained

The role selected determines what areas of the dashboard the user can access:

  • Super Admin

  • Super Admin with Events

  • Directory Admin

    Events Only

  • Calendar Only

For further details on these roles click here

Editing or Removing an Admin

  • To edit an admin’s details, click the green Edit button next to their name.

  • To remove an admin, click the blue Remove button. This will revoke their access immediately.

Receives Emails

The Receives Emails column indicates which team members will receive booking confirmation emails. These emails are in addition to the main booking confirmation address set on your partner page.

If you would like to set a generic email (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) to receive booking confirmations without forwarding to individual inboxes, you can add it here as a separate admin and enable the Receives Booking Confirmation Emails option.
