Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change a user’s role later?
Yes. Navigate to Company Settings > Dashboard Admins, click Edit next to their name, and assign a new role.
Will users be notified of their assigned role?
They will receive an email invitation when first added. Changes to their role later will not send an automated notification.
What role should I choose for someone who only needs to view bookings?
Assign them the Calendar Only role. This provides visibility without the ability to edit or manage other dashboard areas.
