Facilities Explained

The Facilities tab in Pitchbooking lets you manage and edit your sites and individual facilities. It includes three sections:

  • Overview – View all facilities alphabetically, as they appear on your public Partner Page.

  • Closures – Manage temporary unavailability

  • Schedules - Manage the opening times of your facilities

Partner Page

Your Partner Page is a unique public-facing landing page. It shows live facilities and updates automatically with any edits. Click View Partner Page to preview it, from the bottom left of your manager dashboard.

Visibility Settings

Each facility can be toggled between:

  • Live – Visible on your Partner Page and Pitchbooking.com; bookable by the public.

  • Private – Only visible on your Partner Page; not searchable or bookable online.

    • Facilities set to Internal Only (by request) appear only on your dashboard.

Reminder: Only Live facilities are publicly bookable. Ensure availability, closures, and subscriptions are set before going live.


Editing Facilities

To edit a facility:

  1. Click the Edit icon next to its name.

  2. Update details in the menu that opens.

Editable sections include:

  • Details

  • Timing

  • Configuration

  • Amenities

  • Attributes

  • Financial

  • Media

Save changes before exiting.
