Allowing Pre-Approved Customers to Make Offline Payments on Pitchbooking.com

If you'd like to offer offline payment options (e.g. bank transfer or cash) to specific pre-approved customers when they book via Pitchbooking.com, you can do so by configuring a few settings.

Follow these steps to allow selected users to pay offline:

1. Update Payment Settings

   • Go to Settings > Payments > Offline Payment.

   • Enable the ‘Members Only’ toggle.

2. Use the Auto-Created Membership Group

   • When you enable ‘Members Only’, a membership group called ‘Pay By Invoice's Users’ is automatically created.

   • This group is configured to allow customers to book online, but not be required to pay immediately.

3. Add Users to the Group

   • Click ‘Add or Remove Members’ next to the toggle.

   • Use the ‘Add New Member’ option to include pre-approved customers in the ‘Pay By Invoice's Users’ group.

   • Once added, these users will see both online and offline payment options at the basket on Pitchbooking.com.
