Invoice Table Overview

The Invoice Table helps you track and manage customer payments by showing the status of all generated invoices.


Accessing the Table

  • Go to the Manager Dashboard.

  • Click New Invoice / Payment Link to generate an invoice.

  • The table will update once invoices are created.


Invoice Status Filters

Use the toggle to switch between:

  • Unpaid – Invoices with outstanding bookings or charges.

    • Payments via Stripe update automatically.

    • Use Record Payment for manual payments (e.g. BACS).

  • Paid – Invoices marked as paid, either manually or via the payment link.

  • Voided – Invoices cancelled due to errors or no longer needed.


Table Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Reference Number

  • User

  • Amount

  • Date

  • Status

Use sorting or the search bar to find specific records.
