Invoice Table Overview

The Invoice Table helps you track and manage customer payments by showing the status of all generated invoices.
Accessing the Table
Go to the Manager Dashboard.
Click New Invoice / Payment Link to generate an invoice.
The table will update once invoices are created.
Invoice Status Filters
Use the toggle to switch between:
Unpaid – Invoices with outstanding bookings or charges.
Payments via Stripe update automatically.
Use Record Payment for manual payments (e.g. BACS).
Paid – Invoices marked as paid, either manually or via the payment link.
Voided – Invoices cancelled due to errors or no longer needed.
Table Details
Each invoice includes:
Reference Number
User
Amount
Date
Status
Use sorting or the search bar to find specific records.
