Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a subscription, follow the steps below. Please note that only administrators or authorised users can perform these actions—customers must contact your team directly to request cancellation.

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab
   Go to the Subscriptions tab and locate the subscription you wish to cancel.

2. Edit the subscription
   This can be done from the subscriptions home screen or by clicking into the subscription.

   Select Edit > Valid to and either choose the new desired end date, or end the subscription immediately. The subscription will subsequently move to 'expired'.

• Customer Access:
  Customers are not able to cancel subscriptions themselves. They must contact your support or account management team to request a cancellation.

• Future Subscriptions:

  If a subscription has not yet starter - you will be able to select the 'delete' option to clear the subscription.
