Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a subscription, follow the steps below. Please note that only administrators or authorised users can perform these actions—customers must contact your team directly to request cancellation.

Steps to Cancel a Subscription

  1. Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab
    Go to the Subscriptions tab and locate the subscription you wish to cancel.

  2. Choose an Action
    You have two options for managing the subscription:

    • Delete
      Permanently removes the subscription and all associated data. Deleted subscriptions cannot be accessed or recovered from the dashboard.

    • Edit
      Allows you to adjust the subscription’s validity period. You can bring forward the end date to effectively cancel the subscription while retaining historical data.

Important Notes

  • Customer Access:
    Customers are not able to cancel subscriptions themselves. They must contact your support or account management team to request a cancellation.

  • Data Retention:
    Use the Edit option if you need to keep a record of the subscription for reporting or auditing purposes.
