Facility Amenities

The Amenities tab in Pitchbooking Manager enables administrators to enhance and customise facility bookings by adding supportive features, extras, or dependencies.

Key Actions on This Page:

  1. Add Amenities

    • Use the ADD AMENITY button to list features available at the facility (e.g. changing rooms).

    • These are optional bookable extras available at point of facility bookings are directly linked to the schedule and slot availability of a facility.

    • Contact your account manager or support@pitchbooking.com to add these to your facilities.

  2. Add Addons

    • Click ADD ADDON to offer optional extras at an additional cost (e.g. equipment hire).

    • Addons can be created in the Product section and selected during the booking process for upselling opportunities.

    • Addons are not linked to the schedule and slot availability of a facility and can be added as multiples

  3. Configure Forcible Bookings

    • Select ADD FORCIBLE BOOKING to link facilities so that one booking automatically includes another.

    • Example: Booking a children's party might automatically reserve both a pitch and a function room.
