Facility Configuration

The Configuration page in Pitchbooking Manager allows administrators to manage and organise facility segments for booking purposes. This is especially useful when a larger facility (e.g. a full pitch) is divided into smaller bookable areas.

Key Actions on This Page:

1. Edit Facility Names

   • You can rename or update individual facility sections using the EDIT button beside each facility name field.

2. Manage Facility Overlaps

   • Click the Facility Overlaps button to view how and when different facility segments may overlap in usage, helping to prevent booking conflicts.

3. Enable Parent Facility

   • Toggle the Enable Parent Facility switch to group smaller facilities under a single parent.

   • Once enabled, you can assign a parent facility from the dropdown menu that appears.
