Facility Timings

Configure the timing and booking settings for your facility:

• Minimum Booking Duration: Smallest allowed booking length (e.g., 30 minutes).

• Set Allowed Durations: Add predefined options for length of time a customer can book (e.g., 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 minutes).

• Max Bookings Per Day: Cap the number of daily bookings.

• Minimum Hours to Booking: How far in advance users must book (e.g., At least 24 hours).

• Maximum Days to Booking: How far into the future users can book (e.g., At most 180 days).

• Restricted Start Times: Limit bookings to specific start times on selected weekdays. This will override the booking slot start times.

• Weekend Cut-Off: This is a set day and time during the week where once it is passed, all slots for the upcoming weekend are closed off.

• Combine Slots: Allow users to book back-to-back time slots as a single block.

• Booking Slot Start Time: Choose when bookings can begin (e.g., on the hour, on the half hour).

  • Toggle Customise Defined Start Times to set unique times per day.
