Managing Fixtures and Results

Once fixtures have been generated and pitches assigned, they will appear in the Fixtures section of the league page.

Fixtures View

Within this section, you can choose how fixtures are displayed by selecting:

  • By Round – view fixtures grouped by each match week

  • By Team – view fixtures for a specific team

  • View All – display all fixtures across the full league

This makes it easy to review upcoming and completed fixtures in the format that best suits your workflow.

For each fixture, you will be able to view:

  • the team match-up

  • fixture date and time

  • assigned facility

  • payment status for both teams

  • result entry fields

Once a fixture has been played, simply enter the score and select Save.

If automatic payments are enabled, saving the result will automatically trigger the Stripe payment collection for the relevant fixture fee.

Fixture Actions

Additional fixture management options are available by selecting the three dots on the right-hand side of the fixture.

From here, you can:

  • record payments for individual teams (required when collecting payments manually)

  • edit the facility and fixture time

  • update or amend results

  • change the fixture cost

  • cancel the fixture if required

League Table

The Table section will automatically update as results are entered.

As scores are saved, the standings table will recalculate automatically, including:

  • matches played

  • wins

  • draws

  • losses

  • goal difference

  • points total

Fixtures, results and the updated table will then pull through to the league's unique page which can be found on your partner page or privately shared; allowing participants to keep track of the table.
