Creating Fixtures
Once all spaces in your league have been filled and sign up is complete, a new Generate Fixtures button will appear on the league dashboard.
Before You Generate Fixtures
Fixtures can only be generated once the league has reached the maximum number of teams set during creation.
For example, if the league maximum is set to 8 teams, all 8 places must be filled before the Generate Fixtures option becomes available.
If demand is higher than expected, or the league has not yet filled, you can update this at any time by selecting Edit League and amending the Maximum Number of Teams.
Please note that the total number of spaces must be full for the Generate Fixtures button to appear.
Generate Fixtures
When creating your league, you will already have set:
whether the league is held on site
the start time of the first fixture
the end time of the final fixture
These settings are used when generating fixtures.
To create the fixture list, select Generate Fixtures.
The system will automatically populate the fixtures based on the league settings and number of teams entered.
If required, you also have the option to Randomise Fixtures before confirming.
Assign Fixture Times
If you would like facilities to be booked out and assigned automatically, enable the Assign Times on Fixture Generation toggle.
This is especially important for on-site leagues where facility usage needs to be reserved.
Once enabled, you can set the weekly fixture rules, for example:
Fixture 1 – selected pitch and start time
Fixture 2 – selected pitch and start time
additional fixtures as required
Example:
Fixture 1 – 3G Pitch 1, 19:00
Fixture 2 – 3G Pitch 2, 19:00
Fixture 3 - 3G Pitch 1, 20:00
Fixture 4 - 3G Pitch 2, 20:00
These rules will then apply across the full duration of the league and automatically assign facilities and times for each match week. This will display in your daily calendar.
Confirm Fixtures
Once you are happy with the fixture list and time allocations, select Confirm Fixtures.
The fixtures will then be created and pulled through to the league dashboard and public league page.
