Creating a League

To create a new league, navigate to the Leagues section within your Manager Dashboard and select New League.

Complete the League Details form to suit your requirements.

This includes:

• League Name – this will appear on the public and manager league pages

• Description – this will be displayed on the league page for teams to view

• Additional League Info – this information will be included in sign-up emails sent to teams

• Start and End Date – the date range the league will run across

• Payment Method – choose how payments should be collected

• On Site / Off Site – select whether the league is being held on site
  If enabled, the selected facilities will be booked out automatically when fixtures are created

• Closing Date – set the deadline by which teams must enter the league

Leagues are created as weekly recurring leagues, meaning fixtures will automatically be scheduled in a recurring weekly slot. Individual fixtures can still be updated, outside of this slot, after the league has been created if required.

Enter the match and payment settings for the league:

• Maximum Number of Teams – minimum of 4 teams required.
  This must be filled to create the league, but can be adjusted later depending on the number of entries

• Times to Play Each Other – choose how many times each team will play each other.

• Cost Per Fixture (Per Team) – the amount each team pays per fixture

• Joining Fee – the fee charged to enter the league

• Tax Rate – the tax rate applied to fixture payments

The final page allows you to configure additional league settings.

This includes:

• Custom Points and Forfeit Options – set your own points values for wins, draws, losses and forfeits

• League Timings – define the recurring time slot used to book facilities and display on the league page

• Day of Week – select the primary day matches will be played

• Game Length – set the duration of each fixture

• Visibility – choose whether the league is private or publicly visible

Once all details have been completed, select Create League.

Your league will then be available from the Leagues dashboard and ready for team invitations and fixture management.
