Deleting Your Account

Customers can permanently delete their Pitchbooking account directly from their profile settings.

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, the account will be permanently closed and all associated data will be erased.

1. Go to pitchbooking.com and sign in.

2. Select the profile icon.

3. Click Profile.

4. Select Delete Account.

5. Enter your password.

6. Click Delete Account to confirm.

The deletion will fail if any of the following apply:

• You are currently the captain of a team
  Transfer captaincy to another player before deleting your account.

• You have unpaid or pending invoices
  Please ensure these are paid first.

• You have unpaid reservations
  Please cancel these before deleting your account.

• You have active subscriptions
  Please cancel all active subscriptions before deleting your account.
