How to Retrieve a Payment Receipt for Bookings
If you’ve booked a facility and require a VAT receipt or proof of payment, you can easily access this through the Pitchbooking system.
This guide outlines how to locate and send yourself a payment document that includes the VAT breakdown.
Who is this for?
This applies to any user who has made a pitch booking through Pitchbooking.com and needs a VAT invoice for financial or reimbursement purposes.
Steps to Retrieve a VAT Receipt
Log in to Pitchbooking
Visit Pitchbooking.com and log in to your account.Go to Your Personal Dashboard
Click the person icon in the top-right corner to access your account menu.
Open Payment History
Select ‘Bookings’, then click ‘Payment History’.
Select the Booking
Locate the relevant booking based on the date and time.
Send the VAT Receipt
Click ‘Actions’, then select ‘Email Payment Document’.
A payment receipt, including a full VAT breakdown, will be emailed to the account’s registered email address.
Notes
The emailed document serves as official proof of payment and includes the VAT amount, suitable for finance or tax reclaim purposes.
The receipt is sent only to the email address linked with the booking account. It can then be forwarded to any other required recipients (e.g. finance teams).
