Configuration

The Company > Configuration section in Company Settings is where you manage all the key info for your organisation. This includes your name, contact details, about text, and how things appear on your Pitchbooking partner page.

Here’s a breakdown of what you can update.

1. Log in to your Pitchbooking Manager account.

2. Go to Company Settings in the left-hand menu.

3. Click Company, then open the Configuration tab.

Update your organisation’s name—this is what people will see on your partner page.

If you’re registered for VAT, you can add your VAT number here so it's included in your invoices.

Make sure your address is accurate. Click Change Address if you need to update it.

Add a phone number so customers can reach you directly.

This is the email customers will use to contact you—keep it current so you don’t miss anything important.

Want to highlight something on your booking page? Use this field to share key updates or offers.

Use this space to tell people who you are and what you offer. You can mention things like your facilities, location, and the types of bookings you support. This will appear when customers first visit your partner page, before they click into a specific facility.

Paste a link to your T&Cs so users can access them easily during booking.

You can customise your booking page colours to match your brand—just pick your main colour and the button text colour.
