Customer List Overview

Edited

The Customer List provides detailed information and management tools for all individuals who interact with your facilities through Pitchbooking. This includes users who have made bookings, been added manually, or imported via upload.

Accessing the Customer List

To view the Customer List:

  1. Navigate to the Customers section in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Customers List.

Information Displayed

The Customer List displays key customer details in a table format, including:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Team Name

  • Note

You can sort each column by clicking the arrows next to the column title.

Searching for Customers

Use the search bar at the top of the table to find specific customers by name or email.

Adding and Managing Customers

You can manage your customer records using the buttons at the top of the page:

  • Add Customer – Manually add a new customer.

  • Bulk Upload – Import multiple customers via CSV file.

  • Archive Customer(s) – Remove customer records that are no longer active.

  • Export Customer List (CSV) – Download your full customer list for reporting or backup.

Communication Tools

To send messages to customers:

  1. Tick the checkbox beside each customer you wish to contact.

  2. Click Send Message to Customer(s) to message selected individuals.

  3. Use Message All Users to contact everyone in the list.

The selected button will turn from grey to green once activated.

Understanding Customer Statuses

  • Customers with the Unclaimed badge have not yet activated their Pitchbooking account.

  • Customers who have booked through your Pitchbooking page will appear here automatically.

  • If you uploaded a user list during setup, those users will also be included.

Booking and Account Information

Clicking on a customer's name opens a detailed view of their booking history, including:

  • Bookings

  • Orders

  • Subscriptions

  • Events

  • Memberships

You can filter booking data using the search and sorting options, and export it as a CSV or PDF.

Note: You cannot edit customer details such as their name or email address. Customers must log into their own account and update their information via the ACCOUNT tab in Pitchbooking.

If a customer has signed up with an incorrect email address, they will need to register again using the correct one. If there are existing bookings or subscriptions linked to the incorrect email, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
