Understanding Customer Statuses
Customers with the Unclaimed badge have not yet activated their Pitchbooking account.
Customers who have booked through your Pitchbooking page will appear here automatically.
If you uploaded a user list during setup, those users will also be included.
Booking and Account Information
Clicking on a customer's name opens a detailed view of their booking history, including:
Bookings
Orders
Subscriptions
Events
Memberships
You can filter booking data using the search and sorting options, and export it as a CSV or PDF.
Note: You cannot edit customer details such as their name or email address. Customers must log into their own account and update their information via the ACCOUNT tab in Pitchbooking.
If a customer has signed up with an incorrect email address, they will need to register again using the correct one. If there are existing bookings or subscriptions linked to the incorrect email, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
