Payouts

Edited

When you receive an online payment through Pitchbooking, whether for a facility booking, event, subscription, or invoice—that payment is processed via Stripe.

How Payouts Work

  1. Payment Received
Every online payment made through Pitchbooking is handled by Stripe. The payment amount, including VAT, is paid directly into your Stripe account.

  2. Your Control Over Funds
Pitchbooking does not hold or manage your funds. The money remains in your Stripe account and is fully under your control.

  3. Transfer to Your Bank
Stripe will deposit the funds into your chosen bank account at your selected frequency (e.g. weekly or monthly). This transfer is referred to as a payout.

  4. Grouped Payments
Rather than receiving individual transfers for each booking, Stripe consolidates multiple payments from multiple bookers into a single lump sum transfer.
This simplifies your reconciliation process by reducing the number of individual transactions to review.

  5. Automated Grouping
Stripe and Pitchbooking work together to automatically group payments and send them to you as one lump sum payout, so you don’t need to manage this manually.
