How to Process Multiple Refunds
You can process multiple refunds at once directly from your Pitchbooking dashboard.
Steps to Process Multiple Refunds
Go to the Bookings Table.
Use the filters to locate the relevant user.
Tick the checkboxes next to each booking you want to refund (on the left-hand side of the booker's name).
Scroll to the top of the table and click the red 'Cancel/Refund Bookings' button.

Important Information
Stripe payments: Refunds are automatic to the original card—no action needed.
Manual payments (bank transfer, cash, or card): You must manually refund the user in the same format outside Pitchbooking.
Partial refunds: Cannot be done for multiple bookings at once. Process these individually.
Subscription Payments: Subscriptions must be cancelled individually. Please select a single subscription reservation to cancel.
