Using the Bookings Table

Edited

The Bookings Table provides a detailed, list-based view of all bookings across your facilities. This feature is useful for searching, sorting, and exporting booking information across custom date ranges, and offers tools for managing booking activity efficiently.

What You Can Do in the Bookings Table

Within the Bookings Table, you can perform a range of actions, including:

  • Creating a booking report

  • Adding a new booking

  • Applying manual price edits

  • Issuing refunds

  • Processing cancellations

  • Recording payments

All booking data is presented in a list format for easy management. You can expand entries, apply filters, refund or record payments, and export data as needed.

Selecting a Date Range

The table defaults to show bookings for the current date. To view bookings across a wider time frame:

  1. Use the dropdown menu to select a predefined or custom date range.

  2. Click the UPDATE button to refresh the table with the selected data.

Tip: You must click UPDATE each time you change the date range to view new results.

Filtering and Searching

You can filter and search booking data using various options:

Column Filters

At the top of each column is a search field (magnifying glass icon) for keyword filtering. You can filter by:

  • Booker – Name of the user or booking

  • Facility – Where the booking is held

  • Sport – Sport associated with the booking

  • Date & Time – Start time of the booking

  • Payment Status – Whether payment is complete or pending

  • Invoice Number - The unique reference linked to the booking's invoice

  • Booking Status - Indicates whether the booking is Active, Cancelled, or Refunded

Filter Boxes

Use filter boxes to:

  • Switch between Standard and Subscription bookings

  • View Active vs Cancelled bookings

Facility Dropdown

Click the Facilities dropdown to select which facilities to include. If no boxes are ticked, data for all facilities will be shown.
