Viewing Payment Logs and Payment Method Breakdowns
To help you manage payments and reconcile transactions, Pitchbooking provides tools to view both detailed payment logs and a daily breakdown of payment methods.
How Can I See the Full Transaction Log of a Booking?
To access complete payment details for a specific booking:
Go to the booking in question.
Click the ‘View in Stripe’ button.
This will redirect you to the external Stripe page, where you can view the full transaction log, including charges, refunds, and processing history.
Where Can I See a Breakdown of Payment Methods?
To view a daily summary of all payment types:
Navigate to the PAYMENTS TABLE in the admin dashboard.
Here, you'll find a breakdown of payments by type, including:
Cash
Card
Bank Transfer
Stripe
Stripe Subscription
Each entry includes a unique Order ID and indicates whether the payment was successful or failed, supporting smooth financial reconciliation.
