Refund and Cancellation Options Explained
Payment Method Notes
Stripe payments are refunded automatically to the original card.
Bank transfer, card, or cash payments must be refunded manually in the same format outside of Pitchbooking.
Partial refunds can only be processed for one booking at a time.
Accessing Refund and Cancellation Tools
Tick the booking(s) on the left-hand side of your bookings table.
Click the ‘Cancel/Refund Bookings’ at the top of the screen (you may need to scroll).
Refund and Cancellation Types
Full Refund
Refunded in full.
Option to cancel the booking and make the slot available again.
Select a cancellation reason.
(Optional) Notify the booker via email.
Click ‘Cancel & Refund’.
Partial Refund
Applies to individual bookings only.
Enter a custom refund amount.
Choose to cancel or just refund.
Select a reason and (optionally) notify the booker.
Click ‘Cancel and/or Refund’.
Cancel Only (No Refund)
Cancels the booking without issuing a refund.
Suitable for policy breaches or rescheduling requests.
Select ‘No Refund’, then confirm cancellation.
Choose a reason and click ‘Cancel Without Refunding’.
