Types of Priority Access

When setting up a Priority Access for a pitch, you can choose from several scheduling options depending on how long and how often the restriction should apply.

You can apply Closures and Priority Access using the following frequency types:

• One Time – This will apply the Priority Access from the first date and first time selected to the last date and last time selected. Please note - every slot between the selected dates and times will only be bookable by theMembership group selected

• Every Day –  This will apply the Priority Access every day between the selected times, for the chosen dates, inclusive of the first and last date.

• Every Week – This will apply the Priority Access weekly on the selected day between the selected times. You must create a separate Priority Access for each individual day the Membership group should receive access.

• Always – Applies continuously with no end date or schedule. Best for long-term or permanent access control.
