Closure Vs Priority Access
Both Closures and Priority Access are tools used to control access to specific pitches. However, they function differently and serve distinct purposes.
What is a Closure?
A Closure blocks access to a pitch for everyone. This is typically used when a pitch is unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.
No users will be able to book or access the pitch.
Applies to all users, regardless of their membership or role.
What is Priority Access?
Priority Access limits pitch access to members of a specific Membership Group. It is used to give preferred or early access to selected users while restricting access for others.
Only users in the designated Membership Group can view and book the pitch.
All other users are restricted from access during the defined period.
