How Can I Stop a Subscription Charge?

Subscription payments are typically processed within 24 hours on the day the subscription is due. Stripe, our payment provider, usually initiates the charge between midnight and 1:00 AM on that same day.
To prevent a subscription charge:
You must have an exclusion in place at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the payment is paused for that week.
If it’s too late to pause the payment:
You can issue a refund directly from the dashboard using the standard refund procedure.
