How to View Weekly Payment Status for a Stripe Subscription
You can monitor the weekly payment activity for Stripe Subscriptions directly from the Pitchbooking dashboard.
Steps to View Payment Status
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Click on the individual subscription you'd like to review.
Once selected, a menu called ‘Subscription Payments’ will appear at the bottom.
What You Can See
From the Subscription Payments table, you can view:
Order ID – A unique reference for the subscription order.
Payment ID – The Stripe payment reference.
Amount – Total charged for the booking (e.g. £75.00).
Paid – Date and time the payment was successfully taken (e.g. 29 Apr 25, 02:05).
Slot – The date and time of the booked slot (e.g. 30 Apr 25, 12:00).
Status – Displays the payment outcome (e.g. Success in green).
Partial Payment – Indicates whether the payment was made in full or partially.
Notes – Any additional payment status notes .
Payments are typically processed around midnight on the day of the scheduled subscription
