When Is Payment Taken for a Stripe Subscription?

For Stripe Subscriptions on Pitchbooking, payment is typically taken in the early hours on the day of the subscription.
You can view detailed payment information by accessing the relevant subscription in your dashboard.
Where to Find Payment Details
Go to the current subscriptions in your dashboard, located in the bookings tab.
Select the desired subscription, by clicking on the name in the left hand side.
Under the ‘Exclusions’ section, you'll find a second table labelled ‘Subscription Payments’.
This table displays:
Order ID
Payment ID
Amount charged
Slot date
Payment status (successful or failed)
The ‘Subscription Payments’ table appears after the first payment has been charged.
