How to Use Sub-Facilities When Making a Manual Booking

A sub-facility is one of several identical or similar facilities located at the same site. These are treated as individual options within a single booking category.

Example:
If you have three identical 3G 5-a-side pitches, each one will appear as a separate sub-facility. This allows you to either assign bookings to a specific pitch or let the system choose one at random.

Note: The sub-facility menu will only appear for facilities where sub-facilities are applicable. It will not be visible for all bookings.

1. Navigate to the manual booking screen.

2. Select the facility category you want to book (e.g. 3G 5-a-side Pitches).

3. If sub-facilities exist, a dropdown will appear prompting you to select from the sub-facilities.

4. Choose one of the following options:

   • Assign randomly: By not choosing a sub facility, the system select any available sub-facility.

   • Select manually: Choose a specific sub-facility from the list.

• Use random assignment for quicker booking when exact placement isn’t necessary.

• Choose specific sub-facilities if guests have preferences.
