Understanding Calendar Colours

The Calendar uses a detailed colour-coded key to help you quickly identify booking types, subscription statuses, and facility actions. This visual system provides an at-a-glance overview of daily activity.

Refer to the key shown above the Calendar for live reference. Below is a breakdown of each colour and what it represents:

• 🟩 Paid Booking – A standard booking that has been paid for.

• 🟥 Unpaid Booking – A standard booking that has not been paid for.

• 🟧 Payment Processing Booking – A booking currently going through payment processing.

• 🟫 Not Charged Booking – A booking that has not yet been charged.

• 🟦 League – A league-related booking or fixture.

• 🟨 Event – A scheduled event such as a tournament or session.

• 🟪 Priority Access – A booking reserved for Priority Access users.

• ⬜ Closure – Indicates the facility is closed or unavailable.

• 🟦🟩 Paid Subscription – A subscription that has been paid will display a blue box with a green outline.

• 🟦🟥 Unpaid Subscription – A subscription that remains unpaid will display a blue box with a red outline.

• Auto = Automatic Payment

• I/POA = Invoice / Pay on Arrival
