Using the Daily Calendar function
The Calendar is a key tool that provides a daily overview of all booking activity, helping you manage and track bookings efficiently.
What Is the Calendar?
The Calendar displays all booking information on a daily basis, offering an immediate and clear view of the day’s activity. It is especially useful for identifying:
Standard bookings
Subscriptions
Closures
Priority Access bookings
A key is provided to help distinguish between these different booking types using colour coding. This key is displayed above the calendar.
Navigating the Calendar
By default, the Calendar displays the current date and shows bookings across all facilities within a site.
You can customise your view using the following options:
Change the date using the blue arrow toggles or by clicking directly on the date to open a date picker pop-up.
Switch sites (if applicable) via the dropdown menu beside the date selector. If your account only has access to one site, this option will not appear.
For a broader view (e.g. upcoming week), use the header menu or custom range in the BOOKINGS tab.
Viewing Booking Details
Click on any coloured calendar entry to open a detailed screen. This screen provides more information, including:
Booker name
Subscription (if applicable)
Payment status
Facility information
You can also take actions here such as cancel, edit, or issue a refund.
Tip: Use the Show Subscription Name toggle to display the name of the subscription in addition to the booker’s name—ideal for identifying clubs or teams.
Editing a Booking
To edit a booking, click the Edit Booking button. You will then have the option to:
Add Notes – Include administrative or important information for other team members.
Change Time – Update the date or time of the booking on the same facility.
