Cancel and Refund

If you need to cancel/and or refund a booking, this can be done directly from your dashboard using either the BOOKINGS or CALENDAR tab.

Steps to Cancel a Booking

  1. Locate the Booking
    Go to either the BOOKINGS TABLE or CALENDAR tab in your dashboard.

  2. Select the Booking(s)

    • From the Bookings table - Tick the checkbox next to the booker’s name on the left-hand side. You may select a single booking or multiple bookings at once (Note* you cannot do a partial refund for multiple bookings at the same time. These must be processed individually*).

    • From the calendar - Click directly onto the booking in question

  3. Click ‘Cancel/Refund Bookings’
    Once a booking is selected, a red Cancel/Refund Bookings button will appear.

    • You might need to scroll up to see this button.

  4. Choose Cancellation and Refund Options

    • In the Cancel / Refund Booking window, select your preferred options:

      • Refund Type: Choose Full, Partial, or No Refund.

      • Cancel Booking: Select Yes to cancel the booking, or No to issue a refund only.

      • Notification: Tick the box to email the booker about the cancellation/refund.

      • Reason: Optionally select a cancellation reason from the dropdown.

      Click Cancel & Refund to complete the action.

Stripe bookings will automatically be refunded straight back onto the original card used for payment. Offline payment bookings must be refunded on to the original method of payment; card/cash etc.
