How Do Customers Book and Pay for My Facilities?

Edited

Customers can book and pay for your facilities through Pitchbooking using both online and offline methods, depending on your setup.

Online Payments

The primary payment method on Pitchbooking is online card payment, which enables customers to book directly through the public booking site. This approach:

  • Places the responsibility for making and paying for bookings in the hands of your customers.

  • Uses Stripe to securely process all online transactions.

Subscriptions

Customers may also pay for facility usage as part of a subscription package. Subscription payments are also processed via Stripe and can be managed within your Pitchbooking dashboard.

Offline Payments

For facilities that accept offline payments, your dashboard allows you to record manual transactions for both one-off bookings and subscriptions. Key points include:

  • Offline payments are not processed through Stripe or Pitchbooking.

  • You must manage the physical transaction externally (e.g., in person, via bank transfer).

  • It is your responsibility to keep offline payment records up to date in Pitchbooking.
