Transferring Data from Your Current Booking System to Pitchbooking
When setting up your Pitchbooking account, transferring existing bookings and information from your previous booking system is a crucial step. This ensures a seamless transition and prevents any disruption to your operations.
How Data Transfer Works
Pitchbooking supports data migration through:
Data upload: Bulk import of booking data and customer information.
Dashboard tools: Features within the Pitchbooking dashboard, including tools specifically for block booker availability.
We recommend completing this data transfer before activating your facilities or accepting new bookings in Pitchbooking to avoid double bookings or conflicts in availability.
During Onboarding
As part of the onboarding process, we typically request information regarding existing bookings. If this conversation has already taken place, we are likely in the process of setting up your data.

If you still have bookings or customer information in your old system and haven’t yet informed us, please do so as soon as possible. Early communication helps prevent potential scheduling issues.
