Managing, Monitoring and Troubleshooting Promo Codes
The Promo Codes area lets you review active and inactive codes, monitor their usage and identify why a customer may be unable to apply a discount.

To view your Promo Codes:
Go to the Manager Dashboard.
Open Finance > Promo Codes.
The Promo Codes table displays information including:
Promo Code

The Promo Code details page includes:
Usage Checked Out – Uses linked to completed bookings.

Use this information to confirm whether the promotion is being used as expected.
Edit or pause a Promo Code
To update a Promo Code or temporarily prevent new use:
Open the required Promo Code.
Click Edit.
Update the details or restrictions as required.
Set the status to Pending if you want to prevent new applications temporarily.
Click Confirm.
Changing a Promo Code to Pending prevents new applications but does not remove it from historical bookings.
Delete a Promo Code
To delete a Promo Code:
Open the Promo Code.
Click Delete.
Review the confirmation message.
Click Delete again to confirm.
Deleting a Promo Code removes it from normal management and prevents new use. Existing bookings and usage history are not changed.

Usage rules
Check whether:

The customer has reached their individual usage limit.
A Single Use code has already been used.
A New Customer Only code is being used by a customer who has booked previously.
Another Promo Code is already applied.
Manager booking rules
When applying a Promo Code to an existing booking, confirm that:
Only one booking is selected.
The booking is Confirmed.
The payment status is Unpaid.
It is a standard reservation or Point of Sale booking.
